De la prisi\u00f3n a la carrera, un empleador se arriesg\u00f3 con Mitchell y eso marc\u00f3 la diferencia. A pesar de mi pasado inestable, los instructores de Career Link dejaron en claro que ten\u00eda un potencial real y que lo estaba desperdiciando todo con mi conducta. Aqu\u00ed es donde comenc\u00e9 mi transformaci\u00f3n.<br><br>Avance r\u00e1pido hasta hoy, unos 9 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, y me encuentro prosperando. Tengo un t\u00edtulo de asociado y una licenciatura con honores y trabajo como especialista en TI para un fabricante militar y aeroespacial. Cuando me gradu\u00e9 de mi programa de asociado en Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, gan\u00e9 el premio James H Hartzell, que se otorga al estudiante que demostr\u00f3 el mayor crecimiento personal y acad\u00e9mico mientras estuvo en la escuela.
