Muchas empresas quieren asociarse con los distritos escolares locales para ayudar a los estudiantes con la exploraci\u00f3n de carreras. Organizar un d\u00eda de carrera es una excelente manera de atraer a muchos estudiantes, ver qu\u00e9 trabajos existen en un negocio o industria en particular y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, hablar con personas en esos campos profesionales y ver el trabajo en acci\u00f3n, en lugar de simplemente leyendo sobre eso, o nunca aprendiendo sobre una carrera potencial en absoluto. Penn Medicine Lancaster General no est\u00e1 esperando a que los estudiantes descubran las oportunidades profesionales que existen en el cuidado de la salud. Recibieron alrededor de 155 estudiantes de las escuelas secundarias del condado de Lancaster que fueron invitados a asistir a un "Evento de un d\u00eda en la vida" que brinda un d\u00eda de educaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica para los estudiantes a medida que desarrollan sus planes de carrera en el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
